When I did yoga though, I gained much improved balance and ease of movement on the court. That helps me with flexibility and recovery for sure. I do a few stretches every night before I get into bed and I try to remember to stretch a little right after finishing on the courts (before I even get in the car). A friend runs her own studio and I got in on a small class - not at all overwhelming with only a couple of other people in the space and I absolutely needed the guidance starting out.
